It will be held at Palm Beach Community Centre (PBCC), 1 Thrower Drive, Palm Beach 4221.
Palm Beach Community Centre is adjacent to the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre.
There is limited underground parking onsite, also parking nearby, including at the parkland across the road.
Palm Beach Community Centre is on the Gold Coast Highway at Thrower Drive, Palm Beach.
By car: it's around 20 minutes south of Surfers Paradise and 1 hour from Brisbane via the M1.
By public transport: TransLink buses 700, 760 and 765 stop at "Gold Coast Hwy at Thrower Drive," a short walk to the venue. Plan your trip at jp.translink.com.au
By air: Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is the closest, about 15 minutes' drive. Brisbane Airport is also an option, roughly 1.5 hours away, with train and bus connections to the Gold Coast.
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided on Day 1, and morning tea on Day 2. We have tried to be considerate of different dietary needs.
You can bring your own lunch to the conference. There is a kitchen available with a fridge, microwave and oven. There is also a cafe at the centre, as well as other cafes nearby at Palm Beach.
Registration will open from 9.30am directly outside the room. Please arrive in time to register as we will begin on time at 10am.
