Reflective Practice Lab
Dr. Jane Martin and Dr. Julia Wolfson are excited to facilitate a monthly online Reflective Practice Lab on Zoom for practitioners, change-makers and anyone wanting to hone their skills through Process Oriented Psychology, also known as Process Work. This Lab is specially tailored for practitioners who are wanting to deepen and add to their skill set through the approach.
In the tradition of Jane’s former Sydney supervision group, the Reflective Practice Lab offers opportunities for participants to work with practice challenges with clients, colleagues, teams and groups. We facilitate learning through case crystallisation, supervision and group work.
You don’t need to understand Process Work theory or have experience with the modality as a prerequisite. Counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, facilitators and practitioners with a variety of different training regularly attend.
The group is for anyone interested in deepening their skill set. It is also for those wishing to learn about Process Work and developing their competency for a range of applications. It’s a dynamic, safe and creative way to expand your skills and learn Process Work whilst working on personal, family, organisational or other group and world issues.
The Reflective Practice Lab is attended by people with lots of different life experiences and professional affiliations. Participant’s backgrounds to date include health and healing practitioners, psychologists, social workers, psychologists in training, therapists from different modalities, a theatre company director, youth workers, environment workers, LGBTQI community, and organisational and leadership development practitioners.
A friendly atmosphere welcoming all-comers and new members, the facilitators are attentive to participant’s specific learning goals and support members to participate at their chosen level.

ANZPOP acknowledges the traditional owners of the lands we live and work on, the Aboriginal Australian, Torres Strait Islander, and Maori peoples. We pay respect to their elders past, present and future. We give thanks for the wisdom of these peoples that has informed the Process Work approach. We honour the courage, resilience and spirit of traditional peoples in the face of the devastating impact colonisation has had and continues to have on their culture, wellbeing, and sovereignty.
