Practice Labs

2026 Continuing Learners Program

"Practice isn't the thing you do once you're good. It's the thing you do that makes you good." - Malcolm Gladwell

Process work is a life-long practice, one that is lived as much as is applied to our work.

Practice Labs are our online learning spaces for people who already have considerable training in Process Work. Designed to be able to fast-track to more detailed content, they are specifically for you if you want to hone your Process Work skills, keep up to date with fresh learnings or applications, or support yourself with regular Process Work Practice.

Practice Labs are booked in Blocks of 4 sessions.

Each block will have a particular topic focus, and sessions will operate like a curated supervision space, involving a mix of theory, interactive discussion, case studies and practice.

The Continuing Learners Program is an extension skills program open to those who have existing Process Work training. It is open to alumni of ANZPOP 2-year programs or the DTP program, or graduates from other schools that teach Process Work. If you do not meet this criteria but feel you have other PW experience of equivalence, please contact with an outline of your Process Work experience (including trainers), and we’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis.

Block 1:
Honing Process Structure

7 Mar, 28 Mar, 18 Apr, 16 May 2026
Saturdays 9.00am - 12 noon
Brisbane time (AEST - please note daylight savings times in your location)

Deepen your fluency in reading and following process. This lab focuses on refining your grasp of Process Work structure – by tracking and noting signals, primary, secondary, edges, channels, and levels with greater precision. Together we’ll drill and learn how to intervene with pacing and awareness. Ideal for those wanting to strengthen their confidence in process work diagnostics and navigating complex or rapidly changing client experiences.

Trainer: Dr Jane Martin

Block 2:
Common pitfalls as doorways of transformation

13 Jun, 11 July, 15 Aug, 5 Sept 2026
Saturdays 9.00am - 12 noon
Brisbane time (AEST - please note daylight savings times in your location)

Moments of difficulty and disorientation in our work often hold the seeds of transformation. In this lab, we’ll take a close look at the recurring challenges and “mistakes” that arise in facilitation and therapy - from losing our way in the process to missing key signals. We’ll learn how to recognise these as vital clues to the field, and practise transforming pitfalls into pathways for growth, creativity and relationship.

Trainers: Dr Silvia Camastral & Grzegorz Zielinski

Block 3:
Your facilitator/ therapist style

19 Sept, 3 Oct, 14 Nov, 28 Nov 2026
Saturdays 9.00am - 12 noon
Brisbane time (AEST)

Every facilitator has a unique way of being with process, a personal style shaped by life myth, background, and unfolding identity. This lab invites you to explore and refine your own facilitation style. Building off Amy Mindell's book and through reflective practice, feedback, and experimentation, we’ll illuminate the gifts and growing edges of your way of working, supporting you to bring more of your authentic presence, power, and artistry into your sessions.

Trainer: Beck Ronkson
