The Dreambody's call
Coolangatta, August 23 & 24, 2026
Explore the wisdom of dreams and the body.
Both our dreams and body experiences speak a language of their own and express themselves through symbolic expressions, sensations, and subtle feelings that often carry messages about our lives, relationships, and next steps for our life
In this experiential workshop, you’ll be guided to explore both dreams and body symptoms as expressions of your Dreambody — the part of you that communicates through sensations, images, movements, and feelings.
Developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell, Dreambodywork invites you to explore this inner communication and discover how your dreams and body symptoms can become allies in your growth and self-understanding.
In this experiential training workshop, you’ll learn to track and follow the path of the process, listen to the deeper intelligence of your body and dreams — exploring what they may be revealing about your life’s unfolding process.
What we'll learn together
How to approach physical sensations and symptoms with curiosity and non-judgemental openness.
Learn how your body expresses aspects of yourself that may be seeking change, or expression in your life.
Dream Exploration
