Fees are incurred on a trimester basis, with each trimester paid for before it commences.

The $300 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations are also assessed on a trimester basis. If you withdraw from the course before the beginning of a new trimester, we will refund any payments already made for that upcoming trimester.

If you withdraw from the course part-way through a trimester, none of the fees for that current trimester will be refunded. Any fees already paid for the following trimester will be refunded.

This cancellation policy applies regardless of which payment plan you have chosen (Annual, Trimester, or Monthly).
