Prospective students/participants are responsible for their own decision to enter into training and/or attempt a career in counseling, psychotherapy or facilitation. Each training program has its own specific Terms and Conditions and you need to read, understand and agree to these prior to accepting an offer of a place in these programs.
Prospective students/participants are also responsible for discerning if they are able to cope with experiential group learning environments. Studying process-oriented programs requires students to not only learn new skills but to also engage in their own personal development. Sufficient self-care practices and supports are required and are the responsibility of the student, including seeking one-to-one therapeutic support.
Students and participants in all ANZPOP programs, workshops and seminars are expected to behave respectfully to each other, faculty members, venue staff, property etc at all times. Students/participants unable to behave respectfully may be asked to leave the venue immediately. Disrespectful behaviour includes but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse, intoxication, careless endangerment of another person, theft, sale or possession of drugs or weapons, obstructive or disruptive behaviour, harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or physical ability.
